THE TELL
A driveway, a patio, a sidewalk: from the curb they all look simple. Flat, grey, done. The part that decides whether it holds its line through a South Dakota winter is the part nobody sees once the job is finished.
THE HIDDEN PART
We build that hidden part. The base is cut and compacted flat before a single yard is poured. Steel goes in the middle of the slab. The pour is placed, struck off, floated, and broomed for grip, then covered to cure slow. Exterior flatwork here is air-entrained and broom-finished on purpose, because that is what survives freeze and thaw.

OUR CREW
Our crew is licensed, bonded, and insured, pouring for homeowners, builders, and businesses across the Sioux Falls area.
§ HOW EVERY JOB STARTS
Every job starts the same way: the base is cut and compacted flat before a single yard of concrete goes down. That hidden work is the whole difference between flatwork that lasts and flatwork that cracks, and it is the part we never skip.
You have seen the six steps. If your slab needs them, the estimate is free.
