§ 01 / WHAT WE HOLD
This policy is short because the way EPJ handles your information is short. We collect what you send to line up an estimate, we use it to call you back, and we keep the list of who ever sees it as small as the job allows.
§ THE ESTIMATE FORM
What you send us
When you fill out the estimate form or ask the assistant a question, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, the type of concrete work, the location, and your timeframe. That is it. We do not ask for anything we would not need to price a driveway or a patio.
§ THE CHAT ASSISTANT
The chat is automated
The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a live person. What you type is sent to our website provider, LegacyForge AI, and may be processed by third-party AI services such as Anthropic and xAI to write a reply and pass your inquiry to EPJ. Its answers are general information, never a quote. Do not send sensitive personal information in the chat.
§ ANALYTICS
How we count visits
This site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view counts. It is built not to identify individual visitors and is never used to sell ads or build a profile on you.
§ 02 / HOW WE USE IT
Your details do one job: they let EPJ follow up about your concrete project and set up an estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it out to anyone.
It is shared only with the providers that make this site run: LegacyForge AI, which builds and hosts the site and handles the messaging, the AI services above that draft the assistant's replies, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. That is the whole list.

§ YOUR CHOICES
Update or delete it, any time
You can ask us to update or delete anything you have shared. Call us at (605) 254-6900 or email info@epj-cs.com and we will take care of it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to appeal if we say no, and we will not treat you any differently for asking. We keep inquiry details only as long as we need to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify them.
§ SECURITY & CHILDREN
Kept safe, and for adults
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you share, though no method of sending or storing information is ever one hundred percent secure. This site is meant for adults arranging concrete work. It is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
